采用化学处理、添加模型化合物等方法 ,分别研究了重油催化裂化汽油中的硫、氮、氧化合物及烯烃、二烯烃对诱导期的影响。结果表明 ,汽油中共轭二烯烃的含量虽少 ,却是影响诱导期的最重要组分 ,将其脱除后诱导期将大幅度增长 ;单烯烃对诱导期的影响远小于共轭二烯烃 ,但由于其含量较多 ,因此也是影响诱导期的重要组分。汽油中存在显著量的苯酚及其衍生物 ,对延长诱导期有利 ,在精制过程中应予保留。汽油中的氮化物和硫化物对诱导期虽有不利影响 ,但由于其含量不多 ,因此影响也不大。
The effects of sulfur, nitrogen, oxygen compounds, olefins and diolefins on the induction period of heavy oil catalytic cracking gasoline were studied respectively by chemical treatment and adding model compounds. The results showed that although the content of conjugated diene in gasoline was small, it was the most important component affecting the induction period, and the induction period would be greatly increased after removing it. The effect of monoolefins on the induction period was far less than that of conjugated dienes. However, due to its high content, it is also an important component of the induction period. There is a significant amount of phenol and its derivatives in gasoline, which is beneficial to prolonging the induction period and should be retained in the refining process. The nitrides and sulfides in gasoline have an adverse effect on the induction period, but their content is insignificant due to their small content.
