根据中国卫生经济培训与研究网络第二个五年计划的要求,适应我国当前国家经济体制改革及卫生改革与发展形势,网络1999年的工作方针是:在卫生部的直接领导与世界银行和其他国际组织的支持、帮助下,更加充分地发挥网络各项功能,强化对卫生经济学师资与卫生管理干部的培训,加快卫生经济理论与政策研究,更加积极地参与卫生改革与发展的实际,同时加强国际交流,为卫生改革与发展做出新的贡献。
According to the requirements of the second five-year plan of the China Health Economics Training and Research Network, in line with China’s current national economic restructuring and the health reform and development situation, the network’s working guidelines in 1999 were: direct leadership in the Ministry of Health and the World Bank and others. With the support and assistance of international organizations, we will fully utilize the various functions of the network, strengthen the training of health economics teachers and health management cadres, accelerate research on health economic theory and policy, and participate more actively in the practice of health reform and development. Strengthen international exchanges and make new contributions to health reform and development.
