本文报道了成煤植物残体扫描电镜样品制备方法——侵蚀法、离析法及断面包埋法,并介绍了上述方法在各种变质程度煤中的具体处理手段及部分应用实例。实验结果表明:上述方法操作简单,处理时间较短,不易损坏植物组织结构。采用侵蚀法及离析法处理的植物残体三维亚显微及超显微结构清晰、真实;而断面包埋法可以得到预定剖面的植物残留器官结构。上述三种方法的建立及SEM技术的应用弥补了成煤植物煤岩学分析方法的不足
In this paper, the methods of preparation, scanning and electron microscopy for the determination of coal plant residues were introduced. The erosion methods, segregation methods and cross-section embedding methods were also introduced. The specific treatment methods and some application examples of the above methods in coal with various degrees of metamorphism were introduced. The experimental results show that: the above method is simple, short processing time, not easy to damage the plant tissue structure. The three-dimensional sub-microstructure and ultra-microstructure of plant residues treated by erosion method and isolation method are clear and real, while the cross-sectional embedding method can obtain the plant residual organ structure with a predetermined profile. The establishment of the above three methods and the application of SEM technology make up for the inadequacy of coal petrophysical analysis methods
