宏观法的电泳实验是观察溶胶与不含胶粒的导电液体的界面在电场中的移动速度,它适用于高分散的溶胶如As2S3和Fe2O3溶胶或过浓的溶胶,适用于那些不易观察个别胶粒运动的溶胶。用宏观法做电泳实验可以判断胶粒带何种电荷,可以测定胶粒的电泳的速度,计算胶粒与分散介质之间的电位
