在有机胺的存在下,MeCy2SnCl与HOOCCH2COOH反应,得到了一系列的五配位阴离子型有机锡化合物,分子结构通式为:[Q][MeCy2ClSnO2CCH2CO2SnClCy2Me](Q=HNR3=H2NEt2(1),HNEt3(2),H2N(i-Pr)2(3)),并通过IR,1H NMR,元素分析对这些化合物进行了表征.测定了[H2N(i-Pr)2]2[MeCy2ClSnO2CCH2CO2SnClCy2Me](3)的晶体结构.结果表明,分子由一个二价阴离子和两个二异丙基胺阳离子组成.锡原子为变形的三角双锥结构,氧原子和氯原子处于竖直轴上.阴阳离子之间通过氢键(N-H…O,N-H…C)相连接,氮原子和氧原子及氮原子和氯原子之间的距离分别为2.798和3.189.测定了化合物的体外抗肿瘤活性和杀菌活性,结果表明该类化合物具有很强的体外抗肿瘤活性和杀菌活性.
In the presence of organic amines, MeCy2SnCl reacts with HOOCCH2COOH to give a series of pentacoordinated anionic organotin compounds. The general molecular formula is [Q] [MeCy2ClSnO2CCH2CO2SnClCy2Me] (Q = HNR3 = H2NEt2 (1), HNEt3 H2N (i-Pr) 2] 2 [H2N (i-Pr) 2 (3)) were synthesized and characterized by IR, 1H NMR and elemental analysis. O, NH ... C), the distance between nitrogen and oxygen atoms and between nitrogen and chlorine atoms were 2.798 and 3.189, respectively. The in vitro antitumor activity and bactericidal activity of the compounds were determined. The results showed that Such compounds have strong antitumor activity in vitro and bactericidal activity.
