“,”Objective:To analyze the clinical significance of lymphocyte subsets in the diagnosis of asthma in children. Methods:From January 2018 to October 2019, 50 children who underwent physical examination in Xuzhou Children′s Hospital were taken as healthy control group, and 107 children with asthma admitted to pediatrics department were taken as case observation group.Case observation group was divided into acute attack group (44 cases) and persistent attack group (63 cases) according to clinical symptoms and medical history. To observe the difference of T cell subsets (CD3n +, CD4n +, CD8n +, CD4n +/CD8n +) in healthy control group, acute attack group and persistent attack group.n Results:Compared with the healthy control group, CD3n +, CD4n +, CD4n +/CD8n +, the acute attack group and the persistent attack group were lower than those of the healthy control group, and the persistent attack group was lower than that of the acute attack group (all n P<0.05). Compared with CD8n + the three groups, the acute attack group and the persistent attack group were higher than the healthy control group, and the persistent attack group was higher than the acute attack group (n F=7.019, n P<0.05).n Conclusions:Compared with healthy children, the expression of T lymphocyte subsets in children with asthma is different, and the expression of T lymphocyte subsets in children with persistent asthma is more significant. Therefore, the detection of T lymphocyte subsets has certain clinical significance not only in the diagnosis of childhood asthma, but also in the diagnosis of repeated persistent childhood asthma.
