新世纪以来,学前教育迎来了前所未有的发展机遇,学前教育人才培养目标的价值取向决定着学前教育发展的方向。从教育价值这个源动力出发,强调高师学前教育专业发展中教育价值的体现,避免在教育实施过程中教育价值取向的偏离,达成学前教育普及与质量兼顾,保障学前教育事业健康快速地发展,高师专业人才培养方案理应更注重教育价值的诉求,更加科学地指导教学过程和教学管理实践的运行。
Since the beginning of the new century, preschool education has ushered in unprecedented opportunities for development. The value orientation of pre-school education personnel training targets determines the direction of preschool education. From the source of education value, this paper emphasizes the manifestation of educational value in the development of pre-school education in higher normal colleges, avoids deviation of educational value orientation in the implementation of education, achieves the popularization and quality of preschool education, and guarantees the healthy and rapid development of pre-school education. Professional training programs should pay more attention to the value of education, more scientific guidance teaching process and teaching management practices.
