目的:建立茵山莲颗粒剂含量测定方法。方法:采用液相色谱法对茵山莲颗粒剂中野黄芩苷含量加以测定。以shim-pak clc-ODS(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以甲醇-0.025 mol.L-1磷酸水(37∶63)为流动相,检测波长为335 nm。结果:野黄芩苷对照品进样量在(0.1216~0.608)μg范围内线性关系良好,方法的回收率为97.38%(n=5),RSD=1.7%。结论:该试验含量测定方法快速,准确,方法的稳定性,重复性良好。可用于茵山莲颗粒剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of Inhalantil granules. Methods: The HPLC method was used to determine the content of baicalin in Yin Lian Lian granule. The chromatographic column was shim-pak clc-ODS (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was methanol-0.025 mol·L-1 phosphoric acid water (37:63). The detection wavelength was 335 nm. Results: The calibration curve of Scutellaria baicalensis was linear in the range of (0.1216 ~ 0.608) μg. The recovery rate was 97.38% (n = 5) and RSD was 1.7%. Conclusion: The determination of content of the test method is fast, accurate, the stability of the method, good reproducibility. Can be used for Yin Lily granules quality control.
