为研究支座不均匀沉降对铝合金单层网壳结构性能的影响,采用通用有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立一铝合金单层网壳整体模型,考虑支座不同沉降位置及不同沉降量对网壳结构性能的影响,分析表明沉降支座附近网壳杆件所受影响较大,距离支座较远的杆件受到影响很小.并且随着支座不均匀沉降量的增大,受影响的杆件范围有所扩大,少数杆件内力变化明显.此外,对比分析了在相同支座沉降条件下铝合金网壳结构与钢网壳结构的差异.
In order to study the influence of uneven bearing settlement on the structural properties of single layer reticulated shell of aluminum alloy, a general model of single layer reticulated shell of aluminum alloy was established by using general finite element analysis software ABAQUS. Considering the different settlement positions and different settlement of support, The results show that the influence of the shell members near the settlement support is greater, and the distance from the support member is less affected. With the increase of the uneven settlement of the support, the affected The range of rod members has been expanded, and the internal forces of a few rod members have changed obviously.In addition, the differences between the reticulated shell structure and the steel shell structure under the same support settlement have been analyzed.
