针对某轧板厂立辊轧机辊颈四列圆锥滚子轴承保持架断裂事故,建立了轴承系统有限元模型;在轴承元件间重要接触位置采用接触单元建立了面—面接触对。仿真得到了保持架的变形和应力分布情况,找出了轴承保持架断裂的原因,并对今后此类轴承的设计提出了改进建议。
A finite element model of the bearing system was established for the failure of four-row tapered roller bearing retainer on the roll neck of a rolling mill. The important contact position between the bearing components was established by the contact unit. The deformation and stress distribution of the cage are obtained by simulation. The reason of the fracture of the bearing cage is found, and some suggestions for improving the design of this kind of bearing are put forward.
