中国营养学会推荐的每人每天烹调油的摄入量只有25克,也就是两汤勺而已。可是目前城乡居民的实际摄入量达到了41克,像北京、上海这样的大城市,居民每天烹调油摄入量已逼近90克,是世界卫生组织推荐量的3.5倍。卫生部在完成《中国居民营养与健康状况调查》后郑重地提醒全国人民:中国人吃油太多了!
Chinese Nutrition Society recommends cooking oil per person per day intake of only 25 grams, which is two tablespoons it. However, at present, the actual intake of urban and rural residents has reached 41 grams. In big cities like Beijing and Shanghai, the daily cooking oil intake of residents has reached nearly 90 grams, 3.5 times that recommended by the World Health Organization. After completing the Survey on Nutrition and Health of Chinese People, the Ministry of Health solemnly reminded the people of the whole country that Chinese people eat too much oil!
