温州市个私经济酝酿于上个世纪80年代初。1981年底全市个体工商户达1.3万户,从业人员1.45万人。1982年,全市有10家私营独资合伙企业,1984年,全国第一家私营公司——瑞安立新工业供销公司在温州市成立。经过25年的发展,温州市个私经济已经从原始资本积累发展到资本经营阶段。如今,温州市共有个体工商户22.02万户,从业人员49.86万人,注册资金74.49亿元。私营企业3.5万家,投资者10.32万人,注册资本达410.57亿元。今年上半年,全市个私经营共创造总产值410.7亿元,安置就业180万人。目前,全市共有私营企业集团92家,
Wenzhou private economy brewing in the early 1980s. By the end of 1981, the city’s individual industrial and commercial households reached 13,000, employing 14500 people. In 1982, the city had 10 privately owned and sole proprietorship partnerships. In 1984, Ruian Lixin Industrial Supply and Marketing Company, the first private company in the country, was founded in Wenzhou. After 25 years of development, Wenzhou’s private economy has grown from the accumulation of primitive capital to the capital management phase. Today, Wenzhou City, a total of 220,200 individual industrial and commercial households, employing 498,600 people, the registered capital of 7.449 billion yuan. 35,000 private-owned enterprises with 103,200 investors and a registered capital of 41.057 billion yuan. In the first half of this year, private businesses in the city totally created a total output value of 41.07 billion yuan and placed 1.8 million people in employment.
