通过自行设计的高温显微切削装置,在不同温度上对含有球状稀土硫化物夹杂的易切削钢进行了高温显微切削实验,观察到球状稀土硫化物夹杂在显微孔洞扩展过程中发生滚动。通过分析认为,在切屑形成过程中,球状夹杂物在显微孔洞中的滚动是改善易切削钢切削性能的重要因素之一。
High-temperature micro-cutting experiments were carried out on the free-cutting steel containing spheroidal rare earth sulfide inclusions at different temperatures by means of a high-temperature micro-cutting device designed by ourselves. It was observed that spherical rare earth sulfide inclusions scrolled during the expansion of microscopic pores. The analysis shows that the rolling of spherical inclusions in the micro-holes during the chip formation is one of the important factors to improve the cutting performance of free-cutting steel.
