患者,女,29岁,已婚,未孕。因左下腹包块20天,外院术后5天来我院就诊。5天前患者在外院接受手术治疗,术中探查见左侧卵巢肿瘤,约9cm×8cm×7cm大,表面光滑,与周围组织无粘连,子宫前位,正常大,左侧输卵管及右侧附件未见明显异常,无腹水,剥除左侧卵巢肿瘤,冰冻切片病理报告为左卵
