目的:探究流程化健康教育对提高心胸外科优质护理的效果。方法:浙江省瑞安市人民医院自2014年3月开始对心胸外科患者实施流程化健康教育模式,从实施该模式前后收治的患者中,各随机抽取90例患者进行调查。统计流程化健康教育前后护理人员的健康知识掌握情况及患者满意度。结果:实施之后,护理人员对健康教育知识的掌握率较之前明显提高(P<0.05)。且实施之后患者对护理的满意度,较之前也有了明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:在心胸外科优质护理中实施流程化健康教育,效果显著。不仅能够提高护士对健康知识的掌握程度,促进护患之间的沟通和交流;而且能提高患者满意度。
Objective: To explore the effects of procedural health education on improving the quality of cardiothoracic surgery. Methods: From March 2014, Ruian People ’s Hospital of Zhejiang Province conducted a process of health education on cardiothoracic surgery. From the patients who were treated before and after this mode, 90 patients were randomly selected for investigation. Statistics of health education before and after the process of health education to grasp the health knowledge and patient satisfaction. Results: After the implementation, nurses’ knowledge of health education was significantly improved (P <0.05). And after the implementation of patient satisfaction with care, compared with the previous has also been significantly improved (P <0.05). Conclusions: The implementation of process-based health education in cardiothoracic quality of care has achieved significant results. Not only can improve nurses’ mastery of health knowledge, promote communication and exchange between nurses and patients, but also improve patient satisfaction.
