目的:为唇形科中药材化学成分鉴定及含量测定提供参考。方法:采用文献综述法,论述气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术在唇形科薄荷、广藿香、紫苏、荆芥、丹参、黄芩等药材中的应用进展。结果:采用GC-MS联用技术已对该6种唇形科中药材进行了化学成分鉴定,其中5种进行了化学成分含量测定。结论:GC-MS联用技术对唇形科中药材挥发油成分的鉴定和新化合物的发现起着至关重要的作用,但在该科其他中药材中的应用较少,值得进一步推广。
Objective: To provide a reference for the identification and determination of chemical constituents of Chinese herbal medicines. Methods: The application of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) technology in the research of the medicinal materials of Labiatae, Patchouli, Perilla, Nepeta, Salvia miltiorrhiza and Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi were reviewed. Results: The chemical constituents of the six species of Labiatae were identified by GC-MS, of which five were used for the determination of chemical constituents. Conclusion: GC-MS technology plays an important role in the identification of essential oil constituents and discovery of new compounds in Chinese herbal medicines, but its application to other Chinese herbal medicines is less and it is worth further promotion.
