目的探讨近十年来部分中医儿科医家对于肺炎喘嗽的诊治体会。方法通过搜索文献数据库,纳入30篇相关专家经验文献,通过阅读、分析、对比,体现各自的诊治侧重点之差异。结果同样的肺炎喘嗽,不同医家,证治分型多有不同。结论在治疗肺炎喘嗽上各名医一理一法的提出一方一药的运用蕴涵着丰富的临床经验,从治法阐述古代以及现代中药治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽的经验,对临床有指导意义,各医家不同的治疗方法体系,体现了中医同病异治之特点。
Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of pneumonia and puffiness by some Chinese pediatricians in recent ten years. Methods By searching the literature database, 30 relevant experts’ experiences were included, and the differences of diagnosis and treatment were reflected by reading, analyzing and comparing.
