随着世界性经济结构的调整、科技的进步、竞争的加剧,灵活性和适应性将成为决定企业参与市场竞争成败的关键。由于信息化进程的深入发展必然导致企业结构趋向扁平。随着信息技术的发展,在多媒体技术、网络传输技术等现代高科技手段的有力支撑下,扁平化管理在技术上已成为可能。短信管理作为一种新的方式也已有效的参与中科的管理,突破了人管理幅度的有限性。深入认识其在企业扁平化管理中的作用,有助于更好地了解、利用信息技术手段使企业组织结构的扁平化调整获得成功,真正做到向管理要效益。
With the adjustment of the global economic structure, the progress of science and technology, the intensification of competition, flexibility and adaptability will become the key to determine the success or failure of enterprises participating in market competition. Due to the further development of information technology, the structure of enterprises will inevitably lead to a flat trend. With the development of information technology, under the strong support of modern high-tech means such as multimedia technology and network transmission technology, flat management has become technically possible. SMS management as a new way has also effectively involved in the management of the Bureau, breaking the limit of the management of people. Understanding their role in the flat management of enterprises helps to better understand and make use of information technology to make the flat adjustment of the enterprise organizational structure successful and to really make management effective.
