国产XKT型卷扬机是用于矿井提升的重要设备,适用于多水平提升,能快速完成调换水平作业。其制动装置系采用油压盘形闸并采用油压传动离合器。制动闸与离合器之间用五通阀联锁,当离合器打开时,游动卷筒上的制动闸自动抱紧。闸皮与闸盘间的摩擦系数,设计为0.45,制动力是足够的。但由于用油压来推动盘形闸和离合器,油路长,液压元件多,难免有漏油之处。如果油溅到闸盘上,则摩擦系数大大下降(据某矿发生滑罐事故后试验,摩擦系数降低到0.15以下),
Domestic XKT hoist is an important equipment for mine upgrading, suitable for multi-level upgrade, to quickly complete the exchange level operation.
