对稻草浆高温次氯酸盐单段漂白的各项影响因素及助剂的采用做了研究。结果表明 ,漂白过程的pH值 ,有效氯用量和温度 ,对漂白过程和浆的质量有重要影响 ;氨基磺酸会影响漂白速度 ;合理使用酰胺类化合物 ,可使高温下的漂白速度提高 50 % ;采用中强碱和弱碱混合物做缓冲剂 ,可使漂白过程的pH值既不过高 ,也不过低 ,对提高漂白速度和浆的白度有利。
Various factors affecting straw bleached high-temperature hypochlorite bleaching and the use of additives were studied. The results showed that pH value, effective chlorine dosage and temperature during bleaching had an important effect on bleaching process and quality of pulp. Aminosulfonic acid could affect the bleaching rate. The rational use of amides could increase the bleaching rate at high temperature by 50% ; The use of a mixture of strong base and weak base as a buffer, the pH value of the bleaching process is neither too high nor too low, to improve the bleaching speed and the whiteness of pulp is beneficial.
