一个班级五十多个学生,他们生长在不同的家庭环境中,因而也就形成了不同的思想、性格、气质以及兴趣爱好。所以每当我接到一个新的低年级班,首先要了解学生家长的职业,社会地位以及家庭环境等,并通过与家长接触,了解学生思想、性格方面的特点,以便因人施教。有些学生活泼可爱,学习踏实,功课好,但他们娇气任性,不团结同学,有骄傲情绪,爱嘲笑学习差的同学,劳动时怕苦怕脏,爱在老师面前表现自己。对于这些学生,我经常提醒他们,绝不能“一俊遮百丑”,并细心观察老师不在时他们的表现,还利用队日课和思想品德课教育学生要德智体全面发展。除用英雄人物的事迹教育学生外,还经常讲解班内和校内拾金不昧、关心集体,帮助别人的好人好事。少数调皮学生,他们好动贪玩,在学校受到部分学生的歧视,在家里家长对他们的态度也不好,致使他们失去了自尊心。但他们待人热情,关心集体、热爱劳动。这些看起来是极平常的小事,但正反映了他们思想品质上可贵的东西。 A class of more than fifty students grew up in different family environments, thus forming different ideas, characters, temperaments, and interests. Therefore, whenever I receive a new junior class, I must first understand the parents’ occupations, social status, and family environment, and through contact with parents, understand the students’ ideological and character aspects so that they can teach themselves. Some students learn to be cute, study practically, and have good homework. However, they are squeamish, do not unite with classmates, have pride, love to laugh at students who are learning poorly, and are afraid to be afraid of being dirty when they work. They love to express themselves in front of their teachers. For these students, I often remind them that they must not “obtain one ugly ugly” and carefully observe their performance when the teacher is absent. They also use team day lessons and ideological and moral lessons to educate students to develop in an all-round manner. In addition to educating students with the hero’s deeds, they often explain good things to the good people in the class and in the school. A small number of naughty students, who are prone to playfulness, are discriminated against by some students at school, and their attitude toward them is not good at home, causing them to lose self-esteem. But they treat people passionately, care about the collective, love labor. These seem to be ordinary things, but they reflect the quality of their thoughts.
