“七五”期间,北京汽车联合公司对251名小型企业厂长进行了岗位培训,除完成了必要的理论教学外,还重点培训了厂长们各方面的管理能力。我们对厂长应具备的能力这一内涵作了分析,认为厂长应具备的能力是全面的,主要应有:(1)对党的改革方针政策以及社会主义生产经营规律的认识、把握能力。(2)对本厂生产经营的决策指挥能力。(3)在国内外竞争的大环境中,快速准确掌握信息和动向
During the “Seventh Five-year Plan” period, Beijing Automobile Union Co., Ltd. conducted job training for 251 small factory managers. In addition to completing the necessary theoretical teaching, Beijing Automotive Co., Ltd. also focused on training management personnel in all aspects of plant management. We have analyzed the connotation of the capability that the factory manager should have and think that the factory manager should have comprehensive capabilities. The main points should be: (1) To understand and grasp the Party’s reform principles and policies and the law of socialist production and operation . (2) The factory’s production and management of decision-making command. (3) Quickly and accurately grasp the information and trends in the competitive environment at home and abroad
