建立了稠油热采中井筒注汽优化模型，并用穷举法进行了求解。对蒸汽吞吐和蒸汽驱井筒注汽两种情况进行了实例计算和分析。结果表明，提高隔热管隔热性能，可以降低综合成本；降低注汽速率将会增加热损失，从而导致综合成本增大；随着隔热管管径的增加，隔热管造价将增加。运用优化设计方法，可以节省大量的初始投资并降低运行成本，有利于节约能源，提高经济效益 A wellbore steam injection optimization model for heavy oil thermal recovery was established and solved by exhaustive method. The two cases of steam huff and steam flooding are calculated and analyzed. The results show that increasing the insulation performance of the insulated pipe can reduce the overall cost. Reducing the steam injection rate will increase the heat loss, resulting in the increase of the overall cost. As the diameter of the insulated pipe increases, the cost of the insulated pipe will increase.
