目的:探讨互动护理模式在康复科患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法:选取2015年9月~2016年8月康复科住院患者121例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,观察组61例,对照组60例,分别采取互动护理模式及传统模式对患者进行健康教育,比较两组患者对护理工作的满意度和健康教育知识掌握情况。结果:健康教育知识知晓率方面,观察组患者为92.30%,对照组为69.80%,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05);患者对护理工作满意度方面,观察组为96.40%,对照组为80.20%,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:互动护理模式是一种有效的护理健康教育模式。
Objective: To explore the effect of interactive nursing model in health education of patients in rehabilitation department. Methods: A total of 121 hospitalized patients in rehabilitation department from September 2015 to August 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method. The observation group and the control group were 61 and 60 respectively. The interactive nursing model and traditional model The patients were educated healthily, the satisfaction of nursing work and knowledge of health education between the two groups were compared. Results: The awareness rate of health education was 92.30% in the observation group and 69.80% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). In the satisfaction degree of nursing work, the observation group was 96.40% and the control group was 80.20%, there was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: The interactive nursing model is an effective nursing health education model.
