以凹凸棒石(AT)和气相白炭黑(FS)作为复合补强剂,对甲基乙烯基硅橡胶(MVQ)进行填充,制备了具有优异力学性能和高耐热性能的MVQ复合材料。考察了AT和FS不同填充比例对混炼硫化胶力学性能的影响,同时通过热分析(TG、DTA)研究其耐热性能。研究结果表明:AT和FS复合填充MVQ可以显著提高复合材料的力学性能和耐热性。
MVQ was filled with attapulgite (AT) and fumed silica (FS) as composite reinforcements to prepare MVQ composites with excellent mechanical properties and high heat resistance. The effect of different filling proportion of AT and FS on the mechanical properties of the vulcanizates was investigated. The thermal properties of the vulcanizates were investigated by thermal analysis (TG, DTA). The results show that: AT and FS composite filled MVQ can significantly improve the mechanical properties and heat resistance of the composite.
