目的 介绍PGGT单克隆抗体制备方法及探讨其对梗阻性黄疸鉴别的价值。方法 用杂交瘤技术制备人胰源性γ- 谷氨酰转移酶(PGGT)单克隆抗体,并采用间接混合夹心法(Elisa) 检测临床103 例黄疸病人和40 例健康人血清。结果 恶性阻黄组阳性率为59.09% ,其中胰头癌组阳性率为100% ,良性阻黄组、黄疸性肝炎组及健康人组均为阴性。结论 PGGT单克隆抗体在黄疸的鉴别诊断中特别是对胰头癌的诊断有重要意义。
Objective To introduce the preparation method of PGGT monoclonal antibody and explore its value in the identification of obstructive jaundice. Methods Monoclonal antibodies against human pancreatic γ-glutamyl transpeptidase (PGGT) were prepared by hybridoma technique. Serum samples from 103 patients with jaundice and 40 healthy individuals were detected by Elisa. Results The positive rate of malignant yellowing group was 59.09%, of which the positive rate was 100% in pancreatic head carcinoma group, and negative in yellow blocking group, jaundice hepatitis group and healthy group. Conclusion PGGT monoclonal antibody in the differential diagnosis of jaundice, especially for the diagnosis of pancreatic head cancer is of great significance.
