少数民族教育是我国民族工作的一项重要内容。长期以来,由于历史和现实等因素,我国少数民族教育发展滞后。建国后,特别是改革开放以来,在国家的大力支持下,我国少数民族教育有了长足的进步。本文以新疆新源县则克台镇哈萨克族为例,结合问卷调查和个案访谈等田野调查手段,从受教育程度、教育投资以及学生入学率、辍学率、巩固率等方面着手,尝试对该地区哈萨克族教育现状及其存在的问题进行概括分析。研究这些变迁,对认识和促进少数民族教育,有着重要的意义。
Minority education is an important part of our national work. For a long time, because of history and reality, the education of ethnic minorities in our country lags behind. Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, especially since the reform and opening up, with the vigorous support of the state, great progress has been made in the education of ethnic minorities in our country. Taking the Kazak ethnic group in Zeketai Town, Xinyuan County, Xinjiang as an example, this paper attempts to analyze the educational level, investment in education, student enrollment rate, dropout rate and the consolidation rate by fieldwork such as questionnaire and case interview. The status quo of Kazakh education in the region and its existing problems are summarized. Studying these changes is of great significance to understanding and promoting education for ethnic minorities.
