目的:观察地氯雷他定(商品名呋必叮)治疗常年性变应性鼻炎(PAR)的疗效及不良反应。方法: 150例PAR患者口服呋必叮5mg/d,连续30d,禁用其他抗过敏药物或滴鼻剂。结果:所有患者均随访1年,显 效109例(72.67%),有效34例(22.67%),无效7例(4.67%),总有效率达到95.34%,且不良反应轻微。结论: 呋必叮治疗PAR具有疗效显著,不良反应少等优点。值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To observe the efficacy and adverse reactions of desloratadine (fufidin) in the treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis (PAR). Methods: 150 patients with PAR were given propofol 5mg / d for 30d and other anti-allergy drugs or nasal drops were banned. Results: All patients were followed up for 1 year, 109 cases (72.67%) were markedly effective, 34 cases (22.67%) effective, 7 cases (4.67%) ineffective, and the total effective rate was 95.34% with mild adverse reactions. Conclusion: Furopurine treatment of PAR with significant efficacy, fewer adverse reactions and so on. Worthy of clinical application.
