本文研究中国制造业与商业之间的演化关系,通过分析制造业与商业的总量关系,明确提出中国制造业与商业关系的阶段理论,而两者之间阶段的形成主要是制度因素造成的。本文认为,中国工商关系已经进入以商业为主导的时期,表现为商业利用市场势力对制造业形成较强的纵向渠道控制,必须建立相应的法规和产业政策以利于中国工商关系的协调发展。
This paper studies the evolutionary relationship between manufacturing industry and commerce in China. By analyzing the relationship between manufacturing industry and commerce, this paper clearly points out the stage theory of the relationship between manufacturing industry and commerce in China. The formation of the stage between the two is mainly caused by institutional factors . This article argues that the business relations between China and the other countries have entered a period dominated by commerce. The reason is that commercial market power is used to establish a strong vertical channel control over the manufacturing industry. Corresponding laws, regulations and industrial policies must be established to facilitate the coordinated development of China’s industrial and commercial relations.
