T8A钢在不同脉冲磁场强度下的热处理效果研究

对不同脉冲磁场淬火+中温回火时的T8A钢微观组织和力学性能进行了分析,观察了其硬度、强度和韧性的变化规律,研究了T8A钢在不同磁场强度下的热处理的效果。结果表明,T8A钢在不同磁场淬火+中温回火后的显微组织为回火屈氏体。随磁场强度的增大,T8A钢的组织晶粒更加细化且更加均匀。磁场强度对T8A钢的力学性能有很大影响。当磁场强度为1.1T时,T8A钢的冲击韧性最好,为26.5 J/cm2。此时,它也具有良好的强度和塑性。 The microstructures and mechanical properties of T8A steel during quenching and tempering at different temperatures were analyzed. The variation of hardness, strength and toughness were observed. The effect of heat treatment on T8A steel under different magnetic field intensities was also studied. The results show that the microstructure of T8A steel after tempering at different temperature and tempering is tempering troostite. With the increase of magnetic field strength, T8A steel grain refinement and more uniform. The magnetic field strength has a great influence on the mechanical properties of T8A steel. When the magnetic field strength of 1.1T, T8A the best impact toughness of steel, 26.5 J / cm2. At this time, it also has good strength and plasticity.
