病历摘要陈××,男性,61岁,住院号31363。因间歇咳嗽、咯血、发热5年于1986年6月13日入院。患者于1980年初首次急起发冷发热、咯血痰,经胸片检查诊为“肺炎”经抗感染1周,症状消失,未于复查。1982年出现同样症状但较轻,又经胸片诊断“肺炎”,经抗感染6天,症状缓解,亦未复查。1983年又复发,症状同前,又经抗感染治疗,症状又缓解,但复查胸片“肺炎”,阴影未能吸收而收住广州某医院,经用多种抗生素积极抗感染和中西结合治疗,
