从事史志档案工作十多年来,常有些许愧疚萦绕于怀。此种情愫,缘自自己对于基层史志档案工作者在艰苦的环境下甘于清贫、乐于奉献的认识和了解实在是太过肤浅。2012年,因为工作关系,多次到刘少奇天华调查纪念馆参观学习,对天华调查历史的了解愈深,对基层史志档案工作者的崇敬愈甚。我想,唯有以自己浅陋之文字将其背后的故事挖掘、整理出来,方能弥补心中的这份遗憾和愧疚。 Archives work in Shi Zhi more than 10 years, often a little guilty linger in arms.
