建筑企业承揽工程项目后,以其为对象成立项目部,由项目部具体负责项目全过程的施工和经营管理。这种体制可能使企业面临对项目部管理失控的局面。本文在充分认识建筑企业和项目经理部之间关系的基础上,提出了通过选派好项目经理、建立高效的组织机构、建立健全对项目部的各项管理制度,以实现对项目部的有效监控。
After the construction enterprise contracts the project, the project department is set up for it. The project department is in charge of the construction, operation and management of the whole project. Such a system could put companies in a position to run out of control of the project department. Based on the full understanding of the relationship between construction enterprises and project managers, this paper proposes to set up and improve various management systems for the project department through the selection of project managers, establishment of efficient organizational structures and effective monitoring of the project department .
