目的探讨儿童乳前牙反牙合矫治的最佳时机及改良式导弓活动矫治器的治疗效果。方法选择3~5岁乳前牙反牙合患儿50例,采用改良式导弓活动矫治器进行正畸治疗,治疗前后拍头颅侧位片,通过头影测量分析,观察并比较患儿矫治前及矫治后上、下颌骨的位置变化(SNA、SNB、ANB、SN-Pg)、恒牙牙胚位置变化(U1/SN、U1/NA、I1-NB、I1/NB、U1-NA)及软硬组织变化。结果在经过14~75d的矫治后,50例患儿均取得了良好的疗效。SNA增加(2.51±0.18)°,SNB减少(2.1±0.4)°,SNG增加(1.78±0.9)°,NLA减少(2.04±3.87)°,治疗后上下颌骨、恒切牙牙胚位置、软组织均得到不同程度改善。结论采用改良式导弓活动矫治器对乳前牙反牙合进行矫治,能够有效改善上下颌骨、恒切牙牙胚及软组织位置,并且疗程短,见效快,疗效满意。
Objective To investigate the best timing of anti-orthodontic treatment for children’s anterior teeth and the therapeutic effect of modified guide bow active appliances. Methods Fifty children aged 3 ~ 5 years old with anti-malocclusion were enrolled. Orthodontic treatment was performed with modified guide bow and active appliance. The cephalometric films were taken before and after treatment. The cephalometric analysis was performed to observe and compare the effects of orthodontics The changes of the position of upper and lower jaw (SNA, SNB, ANB, SN-Pg), the position of tooth root of permanent tooth (U1 / SN, U1 / NA, I1-NB, I1 / NB, U1-NA) Hard and soft tissue changes. Results After 14 ~ 75d after treatment, 50 patients have achieved good results. SNA increased (2.51 ± 0.18) °, SNB decreased (2.1 ± 0.4) °, SNG increased (1.78 ± 0.9) ° and NLA decreased (2.04 ± 3.87) °. Get different degrees of improvement. Conclusions The modified guide bow active appliance can correct the anterior crossbite of the anterior teeth, which can effectively improve the position of the upper and lower jaws, the permanent tooth and the soft tissues. The treatment is short, quick and the curative effect is satisfactory.
