随着计算机技术及信息技术的高速发展,为仪器的数字化提供了技术科技基础。数字化仪器设备的出现,打破了传统仪器的局限性,各行各业对数字化仪器设备的需求也日益增大。以落锤冲击材料试验机为研究对象,开发了以数字化仪器为基础的测控系统。通过对试验机三大系统:机械结构系统、测量与数据处理系统和控制系统的搭建,最终实现了落锤式冲击试验的平台搭建。
With the rapid development of computer technology and information technology, it provides the basis of technology and science for the digitalization of instruments. The emergence of digital instrumentation and equipment, breaking the limitations of traditional instruments, all walks of life on the increasing demand for digital instrumentation and equipment. Taking the drop hammer impact material testing machine as the research object, a digital measurement and control system based on the instrument was developed. Through the test machine three systems: mechanical structure system, measurement and data processing system and control system to build, and ultimately achieved the drop hammer impact test platform set up.
