针对电动汽车传动系统高速减速箱,以研究齿轮搅油功率损失为目的,设计了单齿搅油损失试验台架,包括齿轮箱设计、电机和传感器的选型;在电机和传感器选型的基础上,应用Motohawk搭建了控制系统,在Lab VIEW中设计了测控系统人机交互界面;最后利用试验台架进行单齿搅油损失试验,验证了试验台架的可行性与稳定性,针对实验结果分析了转速和齿轮浸油深度对搅油损失的影响。
For the purpose of studying the gearbox power loss, aiming at the gearbox of electric vehicle transmission system, a single-tooth oil loss test bench was designed, including gear box design, selection of motor and sensor. Based on the selection of motor and sensor On the basis of Motohawk, a control system was set up. The man-machine interface of the measurement and control system was designed in Lab VIEW. Finally, the test rig was used to test the oil loss of single tooth, which verified the feasibility and stability of the test bench. The effects of rotating speed and oil immersion depth on the oil loss were analyzed.
