目的观察丙种球蛋白(丙球)联合复方丹参注射液治疗过敏性紫癜(HSP)的疗效。方法将60例HSP患者随机分为2组,每组30例。对照组给予抗过敏、改变血管脆性、止血、糖皮质激素等治疗。治疗组在上述基础上加用丙球与复方丹参注射液治疗。结果治疗组有效率为93%,治疗3周后紫癜性肾炎发生率为13%,1年内复发率为10%。对照组有效率73%,紫癜性肾炎发生率37%,1年内复发率30%。经统计学处理,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丙球与复方丹参注射液联合治疗HSP不但能缩短疗程,而且能减少紫癜性肾炎的发生率,预防复发。
Objective To observe the effect of gamma globulin (C globulin) combined with compound Salvia injection on allergic purpura (HSP). Methods Sixty patients with HSP were randomly divided into two groups (n = 30 in each group). The control group was given anti-allergy, change the vascular fragility, hemostasis, glucocorticoid treatment. Treatment group on the basis of the above-mentioned treatment with ciliary ball and compound Salvia injection. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 93%, the incidence of purpuric nephritis was 13% after 3 weeks of treatment, and the recurrence rate was 10% within 1 year. In the control group, the effective rate was 73%, the incidence of purpuric nephritis was 37%, and the recurrence rate was 30% within 1 year. After statistical analysis, the treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The combined treatment of HSP with compound ball and Salvia miltiorrhiza injection can not only shorten the course of treatment, but also reduce the incidence of purpura nephritis and prevent recurrence.
