DMC是近年来发展迅速的一种新型“绿色”化工产品 ,对其生产工艺条件的开发越来越受到人们的重视。为配合甲醇氧化羰基化法生产DMC的工艺中分离与精制单元的开发 ,测定了常压下 2 5 ,30 ,35℃时DMC +乙醇 +水及DMC +环己烷 +甲醇三元体系的液 -液平衡数据 ,采用色谱分析各物质组成 ,用峰面积归一化法定量。所得两体系的液 -液相平衡数据用NRTL模型进行了热力学关联 ,采用单纯形优化法回归上述模型中的数值 ,以摩尔分数为目标函数 ,用溶液的热力学条件对所得参数值进行筛选 ,求出模型参数。该模型参数成功的预测了两个体系的平衡组成 ,平均偏差小于 0 .0 0 6 ,结果令人满意
DMC is a new type of “green” chemical product that has developed rapidly in recent years. More and more attention has been paid to the development of its production technology.
