本文介绍气液两相管流以及电解加工间隙中流体音速和“阻塞”现象的试验研究,认为电解加工间隙中流体音速值很低,在一定条件下会产生“阻塞”现象。“阻塞”对电解加工的主要影响是在阳极型面的出口端产生急剧变化的凸起,防止“阻塞”现象的经济而有效的措施是施加适当的背压。本文还对电解加工间隙中流体音速的计算以及对爆炸压力波传播速度向音速修正进行了理论分析,推导出相应的计算公式。
In this paper, we introduce the experimental research on fluid velocity and “clogging” of gas-liquid two-phase pipe flow and electrolytic machining gap. It is concluded that the sound velocity of the fluid in the gap is very low and “clogged” under certain conditions. The main effect of “clogging” on the electrolytic machining is the sudden change in bulge at the exit end of the anode profile. A cost-effective and effective measure to prevent “clogging” is to apply a suitable backpressure. In this paper, the calculation of the fluid sonic velocity in the gap of electrolytic machining and the correction of the sonic velocity of the explosion pressure wave are also carried out, and the corresponding formulas are deduced.
