本文运用外语课堂焦虑评估等级量表(FLCAS)和元认知策略调查量表对非英语专业大一和大二部分学生进行了问卷调查,并运用SPSS17.0对调查结果进行了分析。结果显示:调查对象存在明显的英语学习焦虑现象,大部分学生焦虑水平偏高;调查对象能够有意识或无意识的使用一些元认知学习策略,但策略使用频率偏低;学生的英语学习焦虑状况与其元认知策略使用频率呈明显负相关,提出元认知学习策略培训可以为降低学生英语学习焦虑提供有效途径。
In this paper, a questionnaire survey was conducted on freshmen and sophomore non-English majors using FLCAS and Meta-cognitive Strategies Questionnaire, and SPSS17.0 was used to analyze the survey results. The results showed that there were obvious anxiety in English learning and most of the students had high levels of anxiety. The respondents could consciously or unconsciously use some metacognitive learning strategies, but the frequency of using strategies was low. The anxiety of English learners Metacognitive strategy was negatively correlated with the frequency of use, proposed metacognitive learning strategy training can reduce the anxiety of English students to provide an effective way.
