在进行居民房屋的建设过程中,混凝土的施工是整个房屋建筑施工的重要环节。混凝土施工的好坏,直接影响了住房建筑的质量的好坏。而房屋的建筑质量的优劣对居民的住房安全至关重要。伴随着我国的城镇化进程的不断推进,城市居民以及城镇居民的住房压力也在不断的增大。为了响应我国经济社会的发展以及满足人民对住房的需求,这就需要我们在保障居民的住房安全的同时,把握建筑物的质量。经过多年的我国住房建设中所使用的混凝土的施工技术的不断研究,可以进一步提高混凝土的施工质量,提升我国的居民住房建筑物的质量水平。本文将对当前房屋建设的混凝土技术所存在问题,进行混凝土的质量管理的实施措施研究。
During the construction of residential buildings, the construction of concrete is an important part of the entire housing construction. The quality of concrete construction has a direct impact on the quality of housing construction. The pros and cons of the quality of housing construction is crucial to the housing safety of residents. With the continuous progress of urbanization in China, the housing pressure of urban residents and urban residents is also on the rise. In order to respond to the economic and social development in our country and to meet people’s demand for housing, this requires us to grasp the quality of the buildings while ensuring the housing safety of residents. After years of continuous research on the construction technology of concrete used in housing construction in our country, the construction quality of concrete can be further improved and the quality level of residential buildings in our country can be raised. This paper will present the existing problems of concrete construction technology, concrete quality management measures.
