5月16日,中国人保2013年客户节启动仪式暨新闻发布会在北京隆重举行。中国人保集团公司、在京子公司领导班子成员、中国人保客户代表、中央及北京市新闻媒体记者等约百人出席新闻发布会。本届客户节聚焦提升服务品质,真情回馈客户,经过精心策划和筹备,面向客户和社会大众推出了“2013年服务承诺”、“倾听心声”、“绿动中国”三项活动,为“携手中国人保共创美好生活”客户节主题注入新的内涵。
On May 16, PICC Client Festival Launching Ceremony & Press Conference was held in Beijing. About 100 people, including PICC, members of the leading group in Beijing, PICC representatives, central and Beijing news media reporters, attended the press conference. Focusing on customer service and the general public, this edition of Customer Festival focuses on improving service quality and giving back the truth to customers. After careful planning and preparation, we launched the “2013 Service Promise”, “Listen to Our Heart”, “Green China” Activities, to “join hands with the Chinese people for a better life” Customer Day theme into the new meaning.
