创新是体育组织文化建设的永恒主题。按照不同标准可将体育组织文化创新的基本模式分为强制性与诱致性创新模式、温和型与革命型变革创新模式等。由于每种模式具有不同的优缺点和适应性,因而必须坚持因地制宜、科学决策、综合效益、动态创新等原则,选择合理的创新模式。特别是要针对创新的具体内容,从需求评估、时机选择、团队组建、机制保障、强化巩固等角度探索有效的推进策略。
Innovation is the eternal theme of the cultural construction of sports organizations. According to different standards, the basic modes of cultural innovation in sports organizations can be divided into mandatory and induced innovation modes, mild and revolutionary innovation modes. Because each model has different advantages and disadvantages and adaptability, it is necessary to adhere to the principle of adjusting measures to local conditions, scientific decision-making, comprehensive benefits and dynamic innovation to choose a reasonable mode of innovation. In particular, according to the specific content of innovation, we should explore effective promotion strategies from the perspectives of needs assessment, timing, team formation, mechanism guarantee, and consolidation.
