以长沙某智能装备有限公司的五层后悬臂立体车库为例,给出了五层后悬臂立体车库的总体框架,分析了立体车库系统控制所需的各项功能,设计了基于RS485、变频器及PLC的车库控制硬件系统及部分软件流程,经过现场联调及测试,满足了五层后悬臂立体车库的控制要求。该立体车库在同等占地情况下,与市面上的同类产品相比,可以多停一辆车,在一定程度上解决了城市土地供应紧张与停车难的矛盾,达到了设计目的。相比市面上的同类产品,性价比更高。
