目的:优选舒郁煎膏的水提工艺。方法:以浸膏得率和栀子苷含量为评价指标。栀子苷含量采用高效液相色谱法测定,采用L9(3)4正交试验设计筛选舒郁煎膏的最佳水提工艺条件。结果:最佳水提工艺为加12倍量水,浸泡1 h,煎煮3次,分别煎煮1.5,1,1 h。结论:优选得到的水提工艺稳定可行,适合于工业化生产,为舒郁煎膏的制剂研究提供参考。
Objective: To optimize the water extraction process of Shu-Jian decoction. Methods: Extract rate and geniposide content as the evaluation index. The content of geniposide was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The optimal conditions for water extraction of Shuyu Jianzao were designed by L9 (3) 4 orthogonal design. Results: The best water extraction process for 12 times the amount of water, soak 1 h, boiling three times, respectively, boiling 1.5,1,1 h. Conclusion: The optimal water extraction process is stable and feasible, which is suitable for industrial production and provides a reference for the preparation of Shuyu Jianzhi.
