对比研究了BZ18Q准贝氏体钢与20CrMoH钢的渗碳特性、耐磨性及焊接性。发现BZ18Q准贝氏体钢具有良好的渗碳性能。与20CrMoH钢相比,BZ18Q准贝氏体钢渗碳后心部组织更为细小,耐磨性更好,而且焊缝组织均匀细小、强度高。对比研究及试生产结果表明BZ18Q准贝氏体钢可用来制造汽车渗碳齿轮
The carburizing properties, wear resistance and weldability of BZ18Q quasi-bainitic steel and 20CrMoH steel were compared. BZ18Q quasi-bainitic steel was found to have good carburizing properties. Compared with 20CrMoH steel, BZ18Q quasi-bainitic steel after carburizing the heart tissue is more small, better wear resistance, and weld uniform fine, high strength. The results of comparative study and trial production show that BZ18Q quasi-bainitic steels can be used to manufacture car carburized gears
