采用新西兰家兔35只,随机分4组,分别观察了向侧脑室注射生理盐水(NS)、白介素1β、白介素1β+α-黑素细胞刺激素和α-黑素细胞刺激素对家兔结肠温度及脑腹中隔区精氨酸加压素(AVP)含量的影响。结果发现,正常家兔侧脑室注射α-黑素细胞刺激素,引起脑腹中隔区AVP含量明显增加,但并不影响家兔结肠温度;侧脑室注射白介素1β引起家兔结肠温度明显上升(P<0001),但腹中膈区AVP升高并不明显(P>005);侧脑室注射白介素1β后15min再注射α-黑素细胞刺激素,明显抑制家兔结肠温度上升,同时脑腹中膈区AVP含量显著增加(P<005)。提示脑腹中隔区AVP增多可能参与了α-黑素细胞刺激素解热作用的中枢机制,α-黑素细胞刺激素可能是发热时脑腹中隔区AVP增多的一个重要因素。

Suggesting that increased AVP in the septal area may be involved in the central mechanism of anti-pyretic effects of α-melanocyte-stimulating hormone. Α-melanocyte stimulating hormone may be an important factor in the increase of AVP in the ventral septal area upon fever.
