水压检验是压力管生产的最后一道工序,通常,这道工序采用人工控制,因此,人为影响因素较多,直接影响到成品的质量。为此,我们研制了单片微型计算机控制装置,使水压检验实现了自动化。该微机控制系统以8031单片机为核心,外部扩展4K×8程序存贮器,配置压力检测部件、键盘、显示器、打印机等输入/输出接口及外设,是一个功能齐全的水压检验控制系统。该微机控制系统的软件,除主程序外,还有数据采集、显示、键盘置数、数据处理、打印和报警等子程序,其中,主程字包括初始化、键盘置数、增压泵工作、补压泵工作和数据处理和打印五个阶段。
Hydraulic pressure test is the last process of pressure pipe production. Usually, this process is controlled manually. Therefore, there are many man-made factors that directly affect the quality of finished products. For this reason, we have developed a single-chip microcomputer control device to automate water pressure inspection.
