人才,通常意义上是指德才兼备,才识超众或有一技之长的人。人才学认为,人才是以其创造性劳动为社会发展、人类进步作出较大贡献的人。在实际操作中,通常把具有中专以上学历和科员级以上职称者界定为人才。笔者以此界定分析地勘单位的人才现状,探讨适应地勘经济增长的人才战略。
Talent, usually refers to both ability and political integrity, knowledge of the superior public or skilled people. Talent studies believe that talented people are those who make greater contribution to social development and human progress through their creative work. In practice, people with technical secondary school education or above are usually regarded as qualified personnel. The author uses this definition to analyze the status quo of talent in geological prospecting units, and discusses the talent strategy to adapt to the economic growth of geological prospecting.
