目的:方法:探讨苦瓜总皂苷对2型糖尿病模型大鼠血糖、胰岛素抵抗、脂联素和瘦素的影响。方法:采用高糖高脂加小剂量注射链脲佐菌素(streptozotocin,STZ)造2型糖尿病大鼠模型,通过测定各组血浆血糖、胰岛素、脂联素和瘦素水平,并且计算胰岛素敏感指数,来观察苦瓜总皂苷对2型糖尿病模型的影响。结果:各用药组可显著降低模型大鼠血浆血糖和胰岛素水平(P<0.01),显著升高胰岛素敏感指数(P<0.01),可升高血浆脂联素水平,降低血浆瘦素水平。结论:苦瓜总皂苷可改善胰岛素抵抗,有降糖的特点。
Objective: To explore the effect of bitter gourd saponins on blood glucose, insulin resistance, adiponectin and leptin in type 2 diabetic rats. Methods: Type 2 diabetic rats were induced by injecting streptozotocin (STZ) with high glucose, high fat and low dose. Plasma glucose, insulin, adiponectin and leptin levels were measured in each group, and insulin sensitivity Index, to observe the bitter melon total saponin on type 2 diabetes model. Results: The levels of plasma glucose and insulin (P <0.01) and the insulin sensitivity index (P <0.01) of the rats in each treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The levels of plasma adiponectin and plasma leptin were decreased. Conclusion: Bitter gourd total saponin can improve insulin resistance, hypoglycemic characteristics.
